Baked Moroccan Chicken Thighs

Moroccan Chicken Thigh Recipe Down Below

Ingredients  

Prep Time 15minutes mins

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (use brown sugar substitute for low carb version)
  • 3/4 tsp ground, cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • olive oil to coat foil cookie sheet
  • 8 pieces chicken thighs with skin on

Method 

  1. Preheat over to 375. Line baking sheet with foil. Drizzle olive oil all over baking sheet.
  2. Mix all spices into a shallow bowl and make sure well blended.
  3. Dip each chicken thigh, front and back into the spice mixture and place on coated baking sheet. Sprinkle any extra spices over the top of the chicken thighs.
  4. Place chicken into preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until juice no longer run pink.
  5. Serve over rice or couscous with side of lime and chopped cilantro.
